Summer Camp 2025: Building Skills, Making Memories!
The first week of TopShot Summer Camp 2025 is in the books — and wow, what a week it was! From the moment campers walked in (some bouncing with excitement, others a little shy), the energy was contagious. Whether they were smashing birdies, rallying in pickleball, or spinning wild ping pong trick shots, the courts were alive with laughter, movement, and non-stop action. Every day brought a new mix of challenges, games, and plenty of high-fives.
But it wasn’t just about having fun — although there was plenty of that. Behind the scenes (and often in the middle of the court!), our awesome coaching team was working their magic. These aren’t just instructors—they’re motivators, mentors, and sometimes the loudest cheerleaders in the room. Whether helping a first-timer figure out how to hold a racket or pushing a more advanced player to nail that drop shot, our coaches brought tons of energy and a personal touch that made every kid feel like a star.
Supporting them every step of the way were our amazing camp counselors—masters of keeping things organized, upbeat, and inclusive. From leading warm-ups and organizing games to making sure everyone had their lunch and water bottles, counselors were the glue that held each day together. They were often the first to notice when someone needed encouragement or a moment to reset—and always ready with a joke, a smile, or a quick game of freeze dance.
Coaching at TopShot goes way beyond technique. Campers were also learning how to think on their feet, stay calm under pressure, and make quick decisions mid-game. It’s not just about making the shot—it’s about reading the play, adjusting your strategy, and staying focused (even when your best friend is giggling across the net). These skills build confidence and resilience, and they show up far beyond the court.
One of the biggest wins of the week? Teamwork. Whether playing doubles, passing the baton in relays, or just figuring out how to communicate on court, the kids learned to support each other. By the end of the week, new friendships had formed, shy kids were leading warmups, and even the quietest campers were calling out plays and cheering on teammates.
And the best part? We’re just getting started. With several weeks of camp still ahead, there’s plenty of time to jump in.
