• Play Time Limit:
  • Each player or group is allotted a maximum of 30 minutes of play time per session.
• Rebooking Rules:
  • After your session ends, you must rebook your next play time in the next available slot by adding your name to the waiting list at the front desk.
  • Placing your name in multiple slots at the same time is strictly prohibited.
• Queue Management:
  • Players waiting for a court can request the front desk to remind current players to vacate the court once their time is up.
  • Players currently on the court must immediately vacate the court when their allotted time ends to accommodate the next group.
• Punctuality:
  • Be courteous and mindful of others by starting and finishing your session on or before the allotted time ends.
• No Show Policy:
  • If a player or group is not present within 5 minutes of their scheduled slot, their time may be forfeited, and the court will be reassigned to the next group in line.
• Shared Responsibility:
  • If playing doubles, ensure that all players in your group are listed on the booking to maintain fairness.
  • Players should take turns fairly to allow everyone equal play opportunities.
• Respect for Facilities and Others:
  • Be respectful of all players, staff, and equipment.
  • Avoid loud or disruptive behavior to maintain a positive environment for all.
• Special Cases:
  • The front desk reserves the right to adjust bookings or court assignments in special situations, such as facility maintenance or event scheduling.

• Members can reserve courts up to 14 days in advance. You can reserve as many slots simultaneously as you’d like, but each day you’re limited to a maximum of two hours of reservations in total.

• Each reservation slot is for one hour and can accommodate a maximum of 6 players.

• All players must check in at the front desk kiosk upon arrival.

• During Early Access playing times, a door code will be sent to each registered member for their reservation.

• Court reservations are designated exclusively for gameplay purposes and are not permitted for private lessons or league activities that are not authorized or organized by TopShot.

• For everyone’s safety and convenience, please promptly leave the courts/premises after your reservation ends or when requested by staff. Failure to comply may result in restrictions on future booking timeslots.

• TopShot may restrict a player’s reservation privileges if there are frequent cancellations within a short period.

• TopShot reserves the right to modify court allocations and cancel reservations when deemed appropriate or necessary.

• We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive and violent behavior, and such incidents will be reported. Deliberate damage to the facility is unlawful and will be subject to legal action.

• A payment method has to be on file for reservation purposes.

• The individual making the court reservation will be accountable for covering all associated fees.
• Please remember, all court time must be paid for, even if the courts remain unused. If members or guests are found using a court without a current reservation or event, a staff member may request payment for the time used.

• Refunds will be credited to your CourtReserve account as a balance credit for cancellations made 24 hours or more before the court reservation begins.

• Start time, duration, and court number of a reservation cannot be edited. To make changes to any of these attributes, please cancel and create a new reservation for the desired time and duration.
